I have been with Chelsea Groton for many years. I was employed there in the early 2000's & have been a customer ever since. I've never had a complaint but the recent change to Bill Pay has me looking to switch banks ASAP. A lot of the reason I used Bill Pay was so the money would come out of my acct. immediately & I wouldn't have to worry about it. That seems to have changed with this recent "upgrade" & it doesn't work for me.

I have been going to Chelsea Groton Bank for many, many years and I absolutely love this bank. My favorite location is the Norwichtown branch as they are such a friendly group of people. Very warm and caring.
