Four times in the last several months I have been charged $32 for insufficient funds on a charge that was processed only a few hours before my direct deposit went in, this last time was $17 charge from Netflix that says it was received on 11/06/2020 and my deposit was on 11/06/2020. This “bank” is nothing but loan shark con artist that enjoy kicking people when they are down! Do not do business with this unscrupulous institution.

Horrible! Waited until the last minute to tell us we cant go through with a refi when we have been waiting months!! Terrible communication. Do not recommend for refinancing.

They are denying charges on my debit card even though I have more than 50 times what I'm trying to charge on my debit card. If you like having valid charges denied, I recommend this garbage bank. They claim new computer system, that excuse is wearing very thin. They really should give a $50 credit every time a valid charge gets denied.

They know what customer service is and then continue to improve. Can't recommend them enough.

They literally charge you if you drop below a certain amount in your savings account. They don’t even tell you this when you open an account. If I choose to hold money in my checking account or savings account is my choice. Immediately moving away from a bank that partakes in such asinine practices.
