I had the pleasure of being cared for by Chelsea Freeman at Jones Memorial Hospital and she was wonderful. She was so kind and caring, truly took the time to go over any questions I had when receiving my hearing aids. I had been having trouble hearing for a while but thought it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was or that there wasn’t anything that would help because it wasn’t a major loss of hearing. Chelsea put my mind at ease and we did the hearing test and found I did have hearing loss which warranted needing hearing aids. ... read more
My experience with Chelsea Freeman was just wonderful. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. Even the hearing aide would not charge while I was there, I had no doubt it would be fine, and it was Thank you so much for helping me hear.
