About this business
Dr. Ethan J. Ciment founded Chelsea Foot and Ankle in October 2004 in an attempt to bring cutting-edge, expert podiatric medical and surgical care to that neighborhood which, at the time, was under-served. After 7 years in our original Chelsea location, we moved into our current home at 37 West 20th Street, next door to the landmark Limelight Marketplace. In 2016 Dr. Michael Collins joined the practice and both he and Dr. Ciment continue to welcome new patients from all over New York City.

Dr Ciment is a wonderful doctor, so specific, kind, empathetic and resourceful. he provided amazing explanations and his diagnostic was spot on. Michael from the front desk is also equally lovely and highly professional. could not recommend this place more. Truly unique in the city.
Dr. Ciment was a pleasure to work with! He treated a condition that no other doctor had yet effectively treated, and he did so with the utmost professionalism, care and kindness-- I would recommend him to anyone!
I went to Dr. Ciment with some low grade, chronic pain that none of my other doctors could figure out. He knew what was going on immediately and treated me and now my pain is gone after months of dealing with it. He's extremely personable, and spent tons of time with me to explain what was going on and why. Highly recommend his practice.
