Terrible customer service. If you have a problem with the gym, the owner will cuss you out, call you names, threaten you. Extremely unprofessional and childish over $35. Would rather make the 20 minute drive to a nicer gym.

My experience was not so great, the little experience I was allowed, here is a short story for a short experience.. What stood out to me was the option to go month-to-month payment. Knowing I wasn’t going to be living around there after March this seemed like the best option. Unfortunately, the gym is still closed and has been since a couple days after I purchased my 30 day membership. We paid for two memberships on February 3rd in the amount of around $100. They closed their business on February 6th and refuse to provide refund because "we have bills to pay and repairs are costly." Very little communication about when they will reopen. They have been closed for two months with no anticipated re open date. They did not provide a service but had no problem taking the money. Very disgusted.
