Without a doubt the best gym in Chelsea. Extremely clean and staff is always so sweet! As a student they are always willing to work work with me. I have been a member for 3-4 years now and it is my favorite gym of all time! Owners are extremely nice and friendly and will do anything to help you reach your goals. Seriously cannot brag about this place enough!!! Not to mention child care for those who need it + classes with your membership.
Great gym! Family friendly and CLEAN! Lots of classes in addition to weights, equipment, personal trainers, nutrition planning available, smoothies, vitamins, supplements, and much more. A "one stop shop" for your healthy lifestyle. Great instructors who are willing to adapt for older people, yet still meet the needs of the younger adults. During the COVID 19 closures CFF offered a wide range of virtual classes, actually several choices everyday. Check them out!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I LOVE CCF! After having my son it was hard to find the time and motivation to workout. But when I heard CCF has childcare and fitness classes, I instantly checked it out!!!!!! I’ve been a gym lover since I was 16 and I missed that part of my life so bad. I’m so happy CFF is here. Everyone there is awesome. Wes and Sabrina are so down to earth, knowledgeable, and treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door! They’re full of great tips and pointers to help you maximize your fitness goals!
