Update: After coming here for 12 years I no longer bring my animals here after being sold and puppy plan that I verified 5 times over the phone that the neuter surgery was included in the price, I scheduled the appointment and told the girl on the phone when I scheduled that I had purchased said puppy plan and wouldn't have to pay she didnt say a thing about it just said ok and scheduled it 3 months out. They need to trim the tree in front or get better company signs- was hard to find with google maps until I got out of the car and walked up to the building
