This was the best, most thorough lash experience I've ever had. My lashes were done by Maddie McGhee, and they look so beautiful and natural! They are perfect. I went to the cocoa location, and the person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with my paperwork and everything. Maddie was so much fun to spend my time with while she was doing my lashes, and they look amazing. My lashes always look natural and lovely. Others ask are they my real lashes because they just can’t tell. Well Chelsea is a pro at making me look beautiful.

Very nice shop with a welcoming atmosphere and highly skilled technicians! I was a first-timer with no clue, my techs walked me through it all, and did an amazing job on my brows and lashes. I left feeling so beautiful! Thank you, Chelsea Chanelle!

One of their long-time employees, Helen, has a reputation for being extremely aggressive and rude. She has made multiple threats against my family, spread slander, and harassed us. When the owner of the company was informed of her behavior, they also insulted me. It is evident that this company lacks concern for having quality employees or ensuring the safety of their clients.
