I’ve been in search of a new RMT and went through a few “interesting” experiences. Chelsea has the best therapeutic use of touch that I’ve had in a long time. Her treatment is inviting and her techniques are so fluid that I easily slip into a state of peace. Chelsea has read my needs well and while we chat initially about our focus, the rest of the session is just a few check in’s but otherwise it matches the calmness of the space and subtle background music.
I am very fortunate to have found Chelsea at Haven Therapeutics. Her massage skills coupled with her compassionate nature has been an important part of my healing experience.
Mary was able to relieve the pain I have had in my hips when I walk that I have had for over 10 years. Along with the massage therapy she gave me some exercises that have got me back to be able to walk pain free for longer periods of time. I had been told by my doctor that there was no cure for the poblem but Mary proved him wrong. Thanks Mary!
