On 21/11/2025. This clinic agreed with Frankston hospital discharge team as part of the discharge care, to provide an in home service of insulin injection to my father ( a long time customer who lives near the clinic). The clinic agreed with the hospital to provide this service this was a deciding factor in discharge from hospital . The GP clinic called my dad at 3pm Friday and said they can’t do this and if he didn’t like it, go to hospital. My dad went without insulin and insulin monitoring as a result.
