DO NOT RENT HERE I lived in Chelsea Apartments for about 6 months. During that time, both my partner & I experienced serious health issues. My partner began having severe asthma flare ups (after not needing an inhaler for over 13 years) and I developed symptoms including swollen eyes, fluid in my ears, and constant fatigue. Good location, the amenities are nice like the resident lounge and 24/7 gym. However, the bathroom for the gym and lounge is constantly neglected. If the cleaning service doesn’t come for a couple days the office staff rarely check on it, restock toilet paper, etc. For example, if a resident has an event on Saturday, the bathroom usually runs out of toilet paper from the number of guests. We truly loved living at Chelsea. Any maintenance requests we submitted were addressed quickly and thoroughly, which made a huge difference in our experience. The community events were a great touch and made it easy to feel connected. The staff was always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We had such a positive experience and would highly recommend it to anyone considering living there. Thanks Tatyana, Jess and the rest of the management and maintenance team.
