Jeff is always friendly and very fast! He knows his customers by name. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my meds.
This is how it's supposed to be. They are wonderful, helpful and learn your name. No condescending CVS style customer service. You guys rock!!!
If you don't know Jeff, he is old school. Fast service, great prices, knows your name, and most important..........he isn't a big box store where the pharmacy tech he no idea about drugs that will interact with others. He is near McDonald's at the 4 way intersection in Chelsea. Try him once. You won't regret it.
We were so pleased to find a local pharmacy as the impersonal attitude of all the chain pharmacists/pharmacy departments just seems wrong. Jeff Honea and his wife have surpassed our expectations... knowledgable about meds; little if any wait time; remember names and special circumstances of customers, and accommodating regarding delivery of medications. The recent addition of the coffee shop is icing on the cake.
