Took 12 months old with fever of 39 and passing out to A&E. They stripped him and left us in the waiting area for 6h. Occasionally attended and offered ibuprofen when his temperature would not come down from paracetamol. He vomited from ibuprofen and we were told a nurse will come back right away to give him another dose. The nurse never showed up and after 40min we had to chase ourselves. It's over four hours wait and not very friendly staffs
I wish I could give zero stars. I waited for over 3 hours while I was in a lot of pain, When I finally saw the doctor, the only advice I received was to “take paracetamol.” The whole visit felt unhelpful and frustrating. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
The a and e doctor I saw was dismissive, rude and used sexist language minimalising my injuries. He sent me away as if there was nothing wrong with me. I was in so much pain I got upset and so he complained and told me to go to my GP. However I went back the next day because that just could not cope with the pain in my hand and shoulder I've crashed on my bike into a wall.
