Was gonna evict a family with a newborn cause we didn't pay 1 month worth of rent. Due to having a newborn we didn't have all the money for the month. Stay away from this park they are very money hungry don't care about your situation and just staright lie to you. Here it is.Met with kathy and was shown 3 properties.She did seem like a nice person,however we did ask questions pertaining to rental application.Our credit is not that great but we make plenty enough money to rent.Based on our credit not being good kathy did however have a very good idea we would not get in to the doublewide yet still took a check from us in the amount of $100 which is not refundable.See this is where it is very aggravating.Fee should be refundable like everybody elses fee is.It is a great money making ide... read more
