Current resident here, rent is so overpriced for what you get Lived in many "luxury" buildings, this one is a joke. The property manager is sweet but I think there are too many problems for her to fix Place is made cheaply, when I moved in it was dirty anytime maintenance has to come in to do something they leave a mess behind. Maintenance had to repair a ceiling in my apartment today I come back home after work to an apartment covered in dust and dirt, there's shoe prints on my counter where I cook, extremely disrespectful.
Great staff and the amenities are top notch. Our property manager, Mia, always goes above and beyond to make sure Chelsea is a good place to call home!
Beautiful place. I love the events and the community is awesome. Great for young crowds to meet people or to relax by he beautiful pool
There are a bunch of monthly events for the residents which helps maintain the sense of community.
