Do not book this apartment building if you are using furnished finder (or any other furnished site). The photos are nothing like the unit they actually provide. We are two weeks into our stay and still do not have wifi. They gave us only 2 pieces of cutlery and the minimal possible kitchen ware after promising the unit would be furnished just like their airbnbs. New owner and new management. Be aware that Chelsea is in a transitioning phase, which may cause some uncertainty for the future quality of facilities. The previous positive reviews are based on the former owner and management. Trash chutes have been backed up for the past week, and cleanliness has declined since the staff change. Here's the deal. I just moved into this building almost two-weeks ago. I'm an out-of-town transplant. Fantastic Building Great Amenities VERY Efficient and Helpful Staff (especially Mia, the PM). The Location It is well-located and central to Wash U, the overpriced CWE, and Clayton. That means you are near an INCREDIBLE variety of restaurants and food stores.
