My mom and I have been coming to Chelo’s for years now. My mom got pissed one time when we went on a Saturday and they were already closed and we had to go across the street to another Persian restaurant. She complained the entire time that it wasn’t like chelo. So we always have to remember they close at 5 pm Saturdays lol but Chelo gets better every time. We love the drinks and food so much.
Chelo has been our go-to caterer for some of the most important events in our lives, including our wedding and baby shower, and they have exceeded our expectations every single time. The food is absolutely delicious, always fresh, and consistently receives compliments from our guests. The front receptionist was really nice the table was clean and the place smelt nice.
Their gormeh sabzi is 1 note and has wayyyy too much dried lime, overcooked and couldn't taste the herbs, very acidic.
