My next door neighbors and I both are considering having fireplaces installed so I went to Chelmsford Fireplace Center yesterday to do some research for both of us. Only one employee was wearing a mask. The rest weren’t. There’s a sign on the door to wear a mask. These people would need to come into my home to instal this. It didn’t instill a lot of confidence that they prioritize safety. I walked out and took my potential $15,000 sale elsewhere
Ziggy spent the time with us to configure all the details for a set of fireplace doors and had some great suggestions. Best variety of display items to help decide. Finished product came out GREAT ! After visiting two or three other stores, this was by far the best service and Chelmsford Fireplace Center got our business - highly recommend !
