I have had the displeasure of being treated by Dr. Shah, his lack of attention to detail and follow up on commitments is worrisome. Went there because a permanent retainer I have had gotten loose and it was bothering me, we cut the wire, and let a sharp piece of it bothering my tongue, I pointed out to him and he said he would correct it by the end of the appointment.
