The owners do next to nothing to keep up the park. The ground tends to cave or sink under some homes and roads. No repairs ever done. Highest rent around and no caretakers on site. Handles to water valves have been mowed off, so you can't shut the water off to the homes. Run very poorly overall.
Lot rents are very high. Management company is horrible Do your research before buying a home here
