Poor patient care and pathway - staff abrupt with poor bedside manner. Patients just pushed from one department to another- 6/7 hours of waiting around - when staff sitting at nurse station chatting away and when patients ask questions about there care or waiting times - staff are abrupt and unfriendly. The hospital needs to employ some skilled staff who show empathy to patients
Not A&E. Nearest is Broomfield Hospital, make sure you check before travelling
NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM!! Do not go here for emergencies! This is NOT an A&E! Very misleading and could lead to serious harm.
If this is the right one - having trouble even finding it on google - go to another one you may be bought in by ambulance and have to treat yourself in the end .
