My heat pump failed in the middle of a heat wave here in Virginia. I contacted Chris. I knew he was super swamped, but he made time to help my family. Chellucks is the BEST! Chris was here and cleaned out the dryer vent. He did an amazing job I was very impressed with Chris's professionalism and honesty. The cost was extremely reasonable. If I could rate them zero or even negative stars I would. I am very disappointed and won't ever use them or recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. My hvac went out and I did not have enough money to fix it. I went through the state program where I was given a credit to use to get some ceiling fans installed. A man contacted me and told me the amount and said he would reach out to me to schedule a time. I talked to him on August 14th and didn't hear not a word back.
