Total Scam – Please Read Before Enrolling I enrolled in the makeup course at Chellsey Institute of Beauty and Health (Passion Beauty Academy) and deeply regret it. They handed me a price list that seemed high: $1,200 for a kit and $500 for books. Including tax, the total came to $1,921, yet they never showed any samples or photos so you could see what you were paying for.
