Not a good experience... will not use their services again.
I order Mother’s Day flowers from here every year (for the past 3 years) and they always do amazing! We always pick them up because I don’t like to pay for delivery, and they are always efficient and helpful. I live far away from my mother so my dad has to pick them up for me, and they always make sure he gets the right flowers and has a great experience. Worst florist ever, do not use. Did not deliver flowers in a timely manner when delivery address as only a few blocks away. Called several time to search for order and no one wanted to handle the problem. Again did not use this florist.
My son paid $80 for a white Tulip and PINK Wax flower arrangement for Valentines Day… it was delivered with white wax flower and no greenery at all. Not an arrangement worth $80.00. If they didn’t have the pink wax flower like was ordered, it would have been nice for them to call me so I could have chosen something else! Will go to a different florist next time.
Lovely Staff, They were able to fill a last minute request for my wedding anniversary on the spot while I waited, they provided me beautiful example arrangements to look at which made my decision(s) so much easier. Thanks again Chelle's Floral, you guys are rock stars in the flower arena!
