Chella D is the most elegant consignment boutique I’ve encountered. They have a wide selection of top designer labels at a reasonable price. I consign with them as well as shop there and have never been disappointed. I have read a few negative reviews from previous consignors, however ladies need to realize this is a consignment and not full price retail store and regardless of what we have paid for something the value is no longer retail. Fabulous designer items. Great quality Carol was delightful to talk with about various designers!
Unfortunately after one year and an attempt to resolve that has gone Unacknowledged through the Better Business Bureau , I still have not received payment for my items or had them returned. Almost all of them were never entered into record in the stores system nor could they be located and as a result I tried to withdraw from the consignment agreement before it ended in order to try to reclaim my items before it was too late and a total loss. Reviews are online from multiple consignors - I wish I’d read them and never taken my belongings here. I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau after trying to resolve directly with the owners in order to get my belongings back or compensation for them after dropping off 59 items in July. I have yet to receive any compensation. One of the owners ( Carol) told me that employees actually stole my belongings which were all but for 20 after 8 weeks there not recorded in their computer inventory and nowhere to be found... read more

I've been trying to get a check for some items sold. After 4 phone calls to Carol, I'm told something new each time. When she says she will check into it and get back to me, I never hear back. This is my first and last consignment at this place
