Do not , I repeat DO NOT buy any homes from this particular DEPLORABLE builder ! Cheldan homes is the worst ever ! They do halfway jobs , and you as a buyer think that they’d fix the errors yet they find a way to ignore it !!! Worst worst builder EVER
We recently purchased a home from Cheldan Homes. Loved the home on sight, custom build feel without the high cost. The thing that sold me on our home even after viewing a few others was their finisher Chad instantaneously raised a toilet paper dispenser in master bath at my request. We love our home and Chad has been superb in after the sale care. We cannot praise nor recommend Cheldan Homes enough simply on the esthetics of our home or Chad's superior attention for their customer's needs! If there comes a time we go to buy ... read more
Do not purchase a Cheldan home. We have lived in this home less than four years and have had to have them come out five times alone to fix HVAC which they still haven't fixed. We had a leak in the same spot three times, hopefully fixed now. Dishwasher plumbing shot. It's just horrible. They hire people who just Jerry rig things. Very shotty work. And multiple families in this neighborhood have had the same problems.
Rented for the weekend had a great time
