It is virtually impossible to get an appointment with this doctor. I have been attempting to schedule one for three months, yet the receptionist continues to give me constant runaround and no clear answers. I initially chose this doctor because of her outstanding reviews, but the reality has been the complete opposite. Despite the UPMC website clearly stating she is accepting new patients, she is not, and no one in the office seems willing or able to provide honest information. Dr. Costabile deserves all the five-star patient reviews I read online AFTER our appointment @ UPMC McKeesport. I was so impressed, I just had to find out more. Add my name to the list of satisfied patients. We need more of her kind in the profession.
Dr. COSTABILE is super! She answered my questions and didn't just respond to what I asked, but went beyond and explained why it was ok to take my blood pressure at a different time and why I should continue to see the electricians
