Awesome!
We went for a fun and peaceful ride through the pretty fall foliage - we chose the open carriage to see better instead of the closed warmer ones. Great historian volunteers on the ride!!
So much fun. I would suggest an umbrella if it's raining, although they have a cover on the open car, it still gets wet. They did provide trash bags to put on the benches however the water just kept coming. A little bit of wet didn't spoil the experience though, we had an amazing time.
30 mins each way with a short waterfall hike midway. Tunnel and pretty scenic trip!
My dad worked on the chelatchie prairie LP&N railroad in the 70s fixing and repairing the railroad. Move to Oregon and work for the same railroad LP&N railroad
