In a time of desperate need, Chela came through! I had a hair appointment at another business the day before, and it didn’t turn out satisfactory to my expectations. I called Chela the next day, told her my situation, and she was able to get me in that same day! The staff are warm, friendly, and work efficiently. I am satisfied with not only the quality of work, but also the exceptional customer service I received. I will be a returning customer!

I’m sooo very satisfied with my hair. I messaged Chela about an appointment for small boho braids and she was able to set one up for 9:15 on Tuesday. I’m not from the area but I’ll likely be back based off my experience. My hair is beautiful. The braider was fast and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. I’ve never been out of a shop within 4 and a half hours with these results.
