When I say that the cold is in Nashville, Tennessee, I mean just that they did so amazing on my hair. I’m in love with my braids and yes, I will be returning to get my hair done again. I went here to get my hair done and got head lice days later. They didn't refund me either. They accused me of lying about my experience instead of being empathetic. Edit: To clarify since the owner is being rude. This was the last place I went to get my hair done and it had been days later. I assume they possibly didn't properly clean their equipment. Regardless I had to rewash my hair to uncontaminate it (hense why I wanted a refund) . Which ultimately undid the hair they had already serviced prior. I'm not saying they're ... read more
I went there on Saturday…The website said they close on Monday…But I informed her I had a VA appointment coming from Murfreesboro…I was able to have someone to come in I love My Knotless Braid you get a 10 from me🥰
