We store our pontoon boat there through the winter months and it is always just like we left it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always accommodating.
Easy experience, they stored my Boston Whaler for the season and I have no complaints. Dropped off boat and it went immediately inside. Boat was ready for pickup on date I requested. Will continue to store with them.

Christel & Steve have been awesome to work with for our pontoon storage for the last 4 years. They are great communicators and VERY responsive to our drop off/pick up requests. It has worked out well for us and would highly recommend Chelan Falls Boathouse for your boat/RV storage needs.
We have stored our boat at Chelan Falls Boathouse for the past three years, one inside and two in the secure yard. During those years they have made great yard and gate improvements which we appreciate, but their service is what sets them apart for us. It is easy to reserve, sign contracts, and pay as it is all on line. This spring we had TWO flat tires on the trailer.
