My experiences so far with Chelan PUD have been great, from the tour of Rocky Reach Dam, to setting up service from Portland for our new place in Wenatchee online. Yesterday, Michelle the Customer Service Rep was a tremendous help in getting my Billpay account configured and was an exemplary as a CSR; courteous, knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Employment opportunities are biased. Is not about education or experience you have, but who you know or who you are related to in this company. HR completely disgusting.
The bill pay login security is ducking (you know what I intended) horrendous. More password requirements than a classified interface. After literally double digit attempts to meet the requirements, I just threw in the towel. How is it that every PUD is so mismanaged regarding IT? Fix your ducking sheet.
