I had my bracelet repaired, and at first it did not look like the bracelet I gave him. After cleaning at home, it looked like new again. The jeweler was very professional, patient, and respectful throughout the process. I truly appreciate how well I was treated and apologize any confusion.

Brought my diamond tennis bracelet in for repair. When I picked it up, I was given a completely different bracelet with little to no diamonds. The original had diamonds throughout, and the jeweler even took a photo at drop-off. Now I’m being told it “only had three diamonds,” which is not true. It appears the diamonds were removed or the bracelet was switched. I have before-and-after photos. Would not trust this place with valuable jewelry.

I brought a watch into Chelala Jewellers that I thought might be beyond repair, and Philip and Pascal completely saved it. They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and even gave it a clean so it looked almost brand new. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and reasonably priced. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Chelala Jewelers, and from the moment he picked it up we noticed quality issues. We sent photos to the store right away and they asked us to bring it back in, which we did. We explained our concerns in person and they took the ring back, telling us they would fix the issues.
