Derek was efficient, knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. Good value!
We hired Derek of Checkmark to inspect a very large home in the Spring of 2025. The inspection took over 3 hours but Derek did not rush, and instead was extremely thorough in reviewing all sections of the home, both exterior and interior. He caught a lot of the items we would have never noticed and documented them with over a hundred photos.
