These ppl are RUDE! Horrible customer service, when I walked in and spoke the lady looked at me like I was stupid. Ok I was referred so I was trying to be patient. But no she wanted my daughter to try her dress on in the middle of the sales floor. Then when she called the owner I guess to see if he can tailor the dress he tells her I can pick it up tomorrow but pay today. I inquired about why I couldn’t pay when I see the dress tomorrow. Owner is very aggressive and has a temper when you question your order. They put a stain on my son’s prom suit and tried to say I gave it to them like that. They are very unprofessional! They argued with me when I addressed the stain. He lied and said he didn’t have my number to call me about it. He didn’t tell me about the stain AT ALL. I seen it when I got in my car which made me go back inside. I got his suit on Tuesday, three days before his prom. Came for my daughters prom. She picked the dress I picked the material. Although the dress was not made when said, we had time to wait. The measurements were off but He fixed it. It’s prom season and he was very busy but he did very well. My Daughter is GORGEOUS!
