I have been with Chehalis pharmacy since their beginning. They have done nothing but go out of their way to provide the most amazing customer service I have ever received not just at a pharmacy but anywhere really. If there was a 6/5 star rating I would choose it!
Sadly my family and I have not received kindness or professionalism and had to transfer to a pharmacy that could help us.
It's the best of both worlds! The convenience of a large chain complete with a phone app for managing prescriptions and getting notifications, but the friendliness and compassion of a small town "old school" pharmacy. The staff are knowledgeable and work well with insurances and the pharmacist are really good at informing you of the medications and actually catch interactions.
