I have lived here 1 1/2 years. It’s a great place. It’s clean, quiet and well taken care of. I like having a free carport and no garbage fee. The manager Angelique makes this a place you want to live. She is kind and actually listens to you in any situation. Jr. the maintenance person rounds out this great staff.
BEWARE!! Terrible experience with the management of this apartment complex. The apartment was kept in immaculate shape, and we spent hours deep cleaning and making sure everything was perfect for move out. Have rented from numerous other tennants and have always gotten 100% of my deposit returned. I reqested a move out inspection, but was told even if we did this with the onsight manager, the upper management would still be the ones to determine any money kept from deposit, and they will not do a walk out inspection with you... read more
