It's a local soup & salad & sandwich & breakfast joint that does a brisk business with local college students. Food is pretty good, but vegetarian options are fairly minimal, outside of salad and one or two soups. Last time I was there, they had more than two dozen different sandwiches and wraps. Best local soup spot! :)
I used to love love love this place about 5-10 years ago. It was a cornerstone of downtown Fairfield. And while the groovy decor remains It’s completely lost its soul and flare these days. Not only has the food quality changed (I used to be a huge fan of the marinated Kale salad, which doesn’t even look dressed most days and no longer contains pickled onions), half of the staff had been replaced by IPads.
