Excellent stuff for commercial and home kitchens.
The oven liner is a useless product. It makes it sound like you line the bottom of your oven and it will catch all of the drips and spills. . But the box doesn’t tell you that is that it needs to be on a wire rack. This means that you have to sacrifice half of the usable space in your oven in order to use the product. Not helpful at all. Do not buy .
