The knife I purchased here is one of the best knives I’ve ever used. I was initially unsure which one to choose because there were so many great options available. However, one of the team members at Chef’s Store took the time to understand what I needed and guided me towards the right choice. What an awkward place.. staff told me i shouldnt be sharpening my knife on the stone every week.. then proceeds to tell me he can finish his set of 10 knives under an hour.. i guess i should be impressed… they also never suggested the chefs discounts they had, only found out it was a thing on my third visit..
