Is the site secure? Why capcha or whatever in every single step?? I should have taken all those out-of-focus screens I had to identify what is what. Are those photos that way to force mistakes? Again, is the site secure? It's the last time I buy from them.
I bought a hat and had to pay shipping. It was a small/medium, but was VERY large and covered both of my ears almost completely. I went to return it and they were going to charge $12 shipping to return a $15 hat!!! Thats absolutely ridiculous!!! How can you say you take care of your customers, but then obviously screw them over if they have to return something?!?
The return policy is not easy and you have to pay for return shipping. I placed an order and immediately realized I placed it wrong and requested to cancel the order, but there was no response from the company. I contacted them as soon as they opened the next day and they said the order was already processed. Which is a clear lie. And the customer service was terrible and snotty. I will never buy from this company again.
