Chef Stef was a private chef for my 30th birthday last celebration in the Hudson valley area last January and he made the night so special. He was extremely professional and had a wonderful vibe. He even created menus to go along with the courses I chose. Chef was accommodating to every dietary need that my group required, including one person who was gluten free and the other who was vegan. Chef Stef catered 4 days of meals for the band during a recording session. All was delicious and healthy and delivered on time. He was easily able to cook for a few different dieting restrictions/needs. A+
I cannot recommend Chef Stef enough! He cooked us a private, three-course dinner for 15 people. Communication before, during, and after was fantastic. He was prompt with arrival and in serving each course, and he cleaned EVERYTHING when finished. I think the kitchen was cleaner after he left than when he arrived. Unbelievable private chef for a group of 12 at a private residence. Great food, great service and great person.
Chef Stef catered our wedding for 87 people. We had appetizers and a buffet. He and his team were highly professional. They stuck exactly to our established timeline, and the service was smooth. The food was very good for buffet food. The price was also reasonable compared to other wedding caterers.
