Chef Soon has been THE place all my friends go whenever we need a night out, and somehow I can never make it. Well, I finally went and uhm wow. It might be one of the best sushi spots in the suburbs. The rolls came out like little pieces of art, each one colorful and carefully put together. The fish was super fresh, the rice perfectly seasoned, and every bite felt like a mix of textures and flavors that just worked. Hands down the best Sushi I've had. The service was amazing, the server was careful to note checlf recommendations on ordering and how to eat it. I can't wait to go back!
Incredible food and service. Better than anywhere else we have tried in Chicago, London and even Japan! Very child friendly.
