Got a coffee - Nightshade/Nightswim something like that, roasted in NC. Good medium to full body with a little taste of reduced plum on the back of the taste buds. Also, got 2 croissants: 1 Tiramisu & 1 Salted Caramel. They were good; just a touch over baked with the flavoring (cream) just spread across the top. There were other croissants that were actually stuffed/baked with the flavor inside, i.e. chocolate. So go for those if you want a more incorporated flavor. Coffee is worth the stop alone.
Coffee is always great and their Dubai chocolate croissants are delicious.
A true gem of midland. Every bite is like european magic. The coffee is amazing too with top tier baristas. Shoutout Audrey, Grace and Toni, it’s always a pleasure to see those ladies who do a fabulous job!!! Highly recommended stop to anyone in the midland area.
The staff is always friendly with great energy. Love taking lunch here whenever I get the chance. 😇
