Best gumbo ever.
Driving through here from California, wanted to stop in Louisiana to get some authentic gumbo... this is was not it. I had to keep putting salt in it. I was very disappointed. And it was completely covered in rice. Maybe im used to the Cali gumbo with lots of broth, shrimp, crab, chicken, and sausage. Boy was this bad! The fried oysters were good and the chicken pasta was good. But man that gumbo was terrible. Would not go back. Thankfully the service was excellent. The server was really cool.
