We have used Chef Paul for many years for our Company on-site Holiday Lunch! Ginger is spectacular and her food is just as fabulous! WE LOVE GINGER & HER DELISH!!!!

Extremely pleased with the quality of the food and service! We used this caterer for our wedding at Blue Thistle Venue, and the food was fantastic! Chef Paul Catering was able to accommodate my vegan guests and those with food allergies, taking great care to ensure their dietary needs were met. Truly remarkable experience I am so appreciative for the staff and the care that was put into making all of the aperitifs. It was so nice dealing with this company because they wanted to ensure they met the needs of the party and the theme that we were going for. We catered a tea party menu from Chef Paul. Sandwiches, quiches, scones and desserts were all amazing! Communication, service, delivery and presentation were excellent. Highly recommend Chef Paul for catering needs. Thank you to Trish and staff!
