Brody shucked oysters for a welcome event for our wedding. He was the absolute highlight of the evening - all of our guests said they were the best oysters they'd ever had and loved his homemade toppings for the oysters. He was incredibly easy to communicate with, came early to set up and just was wonderful to have at our event. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing something similar to use Brody. He was fantastic and we really can't thank him enough for making our evening so special!
Chef Brody prepares simply outstanding food. He catered a gathering of 50 people for us, preparing the most exquisite selection of grazing foods and presenting them in a stunning display! Our guests raved throughout the afternoon and afterward with their thank you texts. As hosts it was effortless for us. Brody made the selections, arrived to set it all up and then disappeared. Brody is a fantastic chef and a really great person…so easy to work with too! The presentation of the food was absolutely spectacular and so delicious! Our meal was for 25 family members after a Celebration of Life service and everyone thought the food was outstanding! From our very first call to the menu planning and coordinating logistics, Brody made everything SO easy and was always quick to respond. He took our dietary restrictions (fully celiac / gluten free; vegan options; etc.) seriously which gave us peace of mind. Chef Brody Paine catered our daughter’s wedding this July and people are still telling us a month later that the food was “superb,” “best meal they ever had at a wedding,” “absolutely magnificent dinner,” “incredible fish and lamb," and they are so right!
