First time to have Chef Nic’s meals as a birthday celebration for the family with widely differing tastes. The fajitas, the lasagnas (chicken Alfredo and beef and sausage) were delicious, seasoned perfectly. The birthday boy loved the red velvet cake. Cannot wait to try more meals. Bravo!
I always wonder if these caterers sample their product and service??? If you have a large group of hard-working people, working in the heat, I would look for a different caterer to provide hearty meals...
Very Skimpy on catered event. Literally breakfast tacos, 2 tacos about 2Tbsp of eggs. Asked for more said its all portioned so wouldn't give more. Got Tacos again for lunch well they had tons of food but once again gave about 1oz of meat per taco for 2 tacos. Absolutely a Joke on portions literally starving when i left.
