We used this company for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was a wonderful experience. Beautiful presentation and the most important is the food was impeccable. All my guests were blown away by the food. Highly recommend.
Chef Nic is amazing. By far the best Christmas holiday cater we’ve ever had and we’ve tried every meal service and local restaurant that caters. The Cajun turkey is a franchise item and everything has a ton of flavor. Chefnic will our go to for all of our catering and meal prep needs for sure! 5 Stars.

We recently rented our Trailer Park Chill cooler trailer to Chef Nic Catering Co., and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. Communication was smooth, pickup and drop-off were right on time, and he treated the trailer with complete professionalism and care. Chef Nic runs a top-notch operation — organized, respectful, and easy to coordinate with. We’d gladly work with him again anytime. had $120 ($60 each) order of fruit trays for Thanksgiving. The fruit was over ripe and going bad, the portions were small.. The quality of items did not reflect pictures on the website. When my mother in law tried to address the issue, the chef/manager on the phone did not apologize nor try to fix the issue in any way. I think some customer service classes would be beneficial. Next event i will get our items elsewhere where we will not be overcharged for rotting cut up fruit with a few flowers placed for asthetic appeal. The... read more
