We hired Chef Missy to provide an executive chef and staff for our formal black-tie Christmas dinner, and we simply couldn't be happier. The communication was great, we worked together to develop the menu, and the execution was perfection. Missy and her staff were WONDERFUL! They helped me host a party at our home for about 85 people. So many guests commented specifically on how delicious the food was and how beautifully it was presented. The service was great - I didn't need to worry about a thing. Missy went above and beyond. Missy went above and beyond to plan a lovely celebration of life for my father. On short notice, she arranged a tent, tables, chairs and of course wonderful and elegant food for the large party of around 100 people. She really is the best and I highly recommend her services for any event!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Chef Missy's meal that she prepared for a ladies birthday dinner party for 12. Her creativity was spot on for a finicky eater and addressed all of our food allergies. The quality of the food was excellent and very well presented. Marie and Sherry were so professional and so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Everything was delicious from the fabulous hors d'oeuvres to the spectacular birthday cake and gelato. Missy was very responsive and so easy to communicate with.
