Chef Ryan exceeded our expectations with his services! We went to Hana for a final program retreat and booked him for catering for 20 people. He was so easy to work with, the food was exceptional, the hospitality was amazing, he was professional, the ingredients were fresh, the delivery and presentation was absolutely beautiful! Delicious! No complaints at all. I would definitely support this top-notch chef again and again!
We hired Chef Ryan for two lunches and two dinners. His range of cuisines was impressive as well as his dedication to flavor and healthy ingredients. I highly recommend the Vietnamese flavored cole slaw and the Lillikoi cookies!
I just returned from a retreat that these guys catered...they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Food was so delicious, fresh, and with that special Hawaiian flare. They really know what they are doing, and they're cool guys, to boot!
Ryan catered a 5 day event for us in Hana. Amazing food, variety, freshness and most of it from his own farm! So delicious! So healthy! I highly recommend chef minded farms !
