Chef Emmanuel was absolutely incredible! The food was so freaking good, every single dish was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. What can’t Chef Manny do? Chef Manny did a private, multi-cultural, Thanksgiving themed dinner for 4 of us and it was some of the best food we’ve ever had. He can accomodate many different ingredients, cultures, flavours, and styles into his dishes and we were blown away by how well he executed the dinner.
