I used Jason's sharpening service on my chef knife and it came back razor sharp! Much sharper than it arrived in the box when I originally bought it. The whole process was so smooth. Both the pickup and dropoff were contactless and the turn around time was less than 24 hours. I will definitely be getting my knives sharpened from him again. Highly recommended!!

I just had our knives sharpened by Jason and Chef Knife Works, and the results were absolutely a cut above the rest! The attention to detail and precision he brought to the job was impressive. Our blades are now razor-sharp and perform like new. The service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced in our opinion. It’s been months since we took our knives to Jason and they’re still sharper than they were when we first brought them to him. Excellent work, great communication, super easy process of dropping off & picking. This is the absolutely the guy you want to take care of your expensive knives!

I was a little sceptical about this set up, but WOWZA was I blown away by the service and speed! I dropped off my knives around 3:30pm and they were ready to pick up before 8am the next morning! Jason was great a communicating and my knives are SHARP. SHARP! What a win!!! So easy. Would highly recommend!! Support small business!
